I booked a vacation package through vacationsbyplatinum.com, and it was close to what they showed online. I’m always a little skeptical with these travel sites, especially because I don’t really trust customer service to fix things if something goes wrong, so I was relieved it wasn’t a mess.

The hotel, room type, and the included extras all matched the details from the booking. The only thing that was off was the transfer time, which ended up being a bit longer than what was listed, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

Overall, it was a good experience and the package info was reliable for the most part. I’d give it 4 stars since everything was mostly accurate, just not completely perfect.
